Training Terms and Conditions:

  • Training will be delivered by officials of Vigyantram & by its Associates. This training and championship is strictly for school students, since the course content has been designed according to the students.
  • Only those candidates who have paid their registration fee for training or who had received a valid confirmation mail to join the Training are only allowed to attend the Training. Parents/Relatives/Friends and others will not be allowed to sit inside the Training . At the time of Trainings students must have their payment proof.
  • Training will be based on 70:30 ratio (70% practical & 30% Theoratical). All E-Certificates will be issued by Vigyantram completion of Training on email.
  • Training will be delivered in English language only.
  •  Charges for the Training is NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE, NON EXTENDABLE.
  •  Duration of the Trainings will not be extended once defined.
  • We are only charging for the Training, kits provided are complementary, therefore replacement of the kit or any component of the kit is not possible.
  • We are not responsible for any software failing to run/install on the participant’s laptop.
  •  If we find any candidate misbehaving or showing misconduct in online or Offline training class his candidature will be cancelled immediately and he has to leave from online training session Immediately
  • Scheduled date of the Training is Tentative & can be changed. Final Schedule time will be updated to candidates via SMSs & Emails.
  • There will be No competition after the Training. Only study session will be there after that Training will be over.

Product Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent with your order details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5-10 business days.
  • Speedy Shipping: Only available at the customer request , Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days. . 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination.

Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Undeliverable Packages

  • In the event that a package is undeliverable, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment or a refund.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any charges. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Before Shipment: For orders canceled within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Employee Section

Employment Terms:

Subject to the following provisions of Company rules and regulations, during the Employment Period, the Employee shall be  follows:

  1. The Employee shall receive an annual salary, payable in monthly or more frequent installments, as per the convenience of the Employee and, subject to such increases from time to time, as determined by the Employer. Such payments shall be subject to such normal statutory deductions by the Employer.
  2. During the term, the Employee’s salary shall be paid by means of bank transfer, cheque, or any other method convenient to the Employer, and consented to by the Employee.
  3. All reasonable expenses arising out of employment shall be reimbursed assuming that the same have been authorized prior to being incurred and with the provision of appropriate receipts.
  4. The Employee shall always ensure that his/her conduct is in discipline and obey the senior commands with respect accordance with all the rules, regulations and policies of the Company as notified from time to time. Any undisciplined activity or disrespected to the seniors /School teachers taken very seriously and lead to immediate termination of the employee without any notice.
  5. The Employee shall not take up part-time or full-time employment or consultation with any other party or be involved in any other business during the term of his/her employment with the Company.
  6. The Employee shall always ensure that his/her conduct is in accordance with all the rules, regulations and policies of the Company as notified from time to time, including but not limited to Leave Policy and Sexual Harassment Policy.
  7. The Employer shall send the employee for different location for the assignment work and expense of travelling and staying will be borne by the employer only.
  8. The notice period is 30 days after acceptance of Resignation.
  9. Salary should not be disclosed to any other person except HR and Head of Operations, if we found you are doing so Company has all the rights to take serious action against you.
